"A one-man mission to make pop rock again" - UK's Radio Free Matlock

The UK’s Radio Free Matlock scored the European radio premiere of Daniel McClelland’s new single Blotted Out The Background. The Monday Jam’s host Ashley Bird said the song is an “absolute mash-up of a load of musical styles that shouldn't work together". He mentioned that the video was worth checking out, particularly given it “features 12 versions of Dan”. Coincidentally, former New Zealand pace bowler (and Lower Hutt native) Iain O’Brien was in the studio at the same time, adding some extra Kiwi flavour to a British radio show!
